In 2019, Claire co-founded a mobile bartending company that led to the inception of Blind Bear Beverages: a beverage tasting experience and cocktail kit company based in Philadelphia, PA.
Claire is a Certified Cicerone (Level 1), Certified Cider Professional (Level 1), and she earned a certificate in mixology from A Bar Above. She is an active member of both Philadelphia chapters of the United States Bartenders Guild and Pink Boots Society. She holds certifications for both ServSafe and RAMP.
